每片都帶粉紅色的肉質,紋理都細緻呈現,入口軟嫩帶點咬口,每片都有不過於肥膩的脂肪位,咀嚼中牛味很突出,好好食。另外仲可以蘸上餐廳自家調製既醬汁,味道甜甜地偏似韓式醬汁。

燴飯上枱時已聞到陣陣松茸的香氣,面頭放了兩排金黃色的海膽,賣相吸引。入口飯粒全滲了松茸菇菌的濃郁味道,淡淡滋味,讓人食唔停口;意想不到融合了海膽的味道完全不覺突兀,海膽甘甜的味道和松茸原來可以咁夾!
