To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次試試依間新加坡野，不過唔係好感覺到有新加坡味道，食完有小小中伏既感覺。無可否認個炸豬排都好淋，味道都唔錯。但其他野就略為失分。本來諗住唔食得太辣試下個烤飯同印度咖哩。唔知係咪唔屬於新加坡的關係，煮得真係有啲唔到家。怪又唔怪得佢既。咖哩得香料同辣味，但無乜味。個烤餅我諗住係印度果啲啦。點知又唔係好同。食落似烤麵包。餅乾味咁。個海南雞就不過不失，雞即肉質都有彈性，唔太差。雞都有啲味。不過啲汁就真係差啲。薑容好似淨係得啲薑味，無調過。個豉油又好單調，好普通。令到整個飯略為失色。只可講依個價錢就真係不過不失。
