To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日有人介紹我試吓呢間日本餐《 魚一》平時夜晚都見到好多人排隊今日收工過到嚟五點幾 即刻有位因為好耐都冇食過呢類日本餐好多嘢都想食先上咗個燒雞泡魚乾點解會咁硬,係咪貨源問題軟殼蟹手卷啲軟殼蟹唔知係咪炸起咗好耐我唔覺得食緊炸軟殼蟹油甘魚合埋眼我應該食唔出係咩大拖羅冇根 連味都冇嘜 帶子個心仲係好凍 唔知係咪唔夠時間解凍唯一好食係左口魚正常來貨沙甸魚壽司 焦糖鵝肝壽司 甜嘅鵝肝有啲唔夾芝士玉子燒唔覺得好食總結唔會再幫襯
