今次與在荃灣區工作的好友食晚飯,地點選在該區新開的餐廳八月茶室;好友在此前來過午餐,發覺價錢相宜,質素也頗高,就約同我前來嚐一嚐其晚餐;餐廳位於南豐中心2樓,極之鄰近地鐵站,以地理位置交通來說是十分方便;剛走進餐廳,整個風格以木材及紋路色調為主調,予人舒服又明快的感覺;由於餐廳新開不久,由裝潢到餐枱椅到餐具,都十分光亮整潔,而難得是沒有絲毫不討喜的油漆味,足證非冷氣抽風系統非常良好!侍應姐姐引領我們在靠近窗邊的位置坐下;時值晚飯當下,我倆旋即就拿起餐牌來商議點選食物,皆因其種類款式太多,一時之間未能立刻決定;最後集中選了川菜的小菜及餐廳的特色炒飯,就馬上落單;第一道先上來的--招牌酸菜魚,賣相精美有一定看頭,尤其是加上了數枝鮮藤椒,形成金白底色紅綠浮面;先夾起雪白的魚肉來品嚐一下,嘩非常鮮美嫩滑,而厚度剛好,入口已感到清輕的麻度及藤椒香氣,加上指天椒帶來的辣度給魚片有良好的層次!另有酸菜的味道與其天然的酸度很適中地溶於金湯之中,將魚片與金湯同食,柔和的酸度與油潤感令整體口感更加複雜,非常討喜味蕾!別小看這道酸菜魚貌似嬌小,但實際是非常豐滿!隱藏於魚片及金湯之下,爽脆的酸菜片,多款菇菌及

只用極少的油份就炒出粒粒分明的炒飯,當中融合了鹹蛋黃,櫻花蝦,大蝦仁,帶子仁,雞肶菇等配粒,啖味起來鹹鮮皆備,口感豐富,適宜細細咀嚼,以感受其多種味道形成的融和之味!
