睇食評個個都讚呢間最近開張嘅尚文。可能當晚我哋食嘅嘢太普通,所以唔覺得特別出色。川椒葉炸得酥脆,吸油能力亦成正比。雞肉大塊都算滑,但皮厚,醬汁唔入味。潮州炸大腸同一般炸大腸冇分別,只係多咗紅色蕎頭作配菜。淋淋哋,個人喜歡乾身有少少脆,好在夠新鮮、冇雪味,蕎頭醒胃。好少食潮州魚粥,熱辣辣的上湯粥底清甜。幾片鯧魚肉,幾滑唔腥。肉碎較少,可能唔想搶鯧魚啲味。潮州沙爹醬,好多花生粒,再香濃啲更好!芥蘭爽脆,牛肉大塊入味,略嫌冇啲還未炒熟整體來講,因為新開張,環境及服務都很好。會再嚟試吓凍蟹、魚翅等出名菜式
