To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

3月打去訂枱，8個人12點，4月食當時佢話無相連嘅枱，咁我問一句有冇房，房有冇Min Charge佢就話有架，解說完一輪覺得個Min Charge 唔Make Sense於是話訂返廳佢話無相連嘅枱，咁我問佢有冇啲距離唔太遠嘅，2張枱可以坐近啲佢問我：小姐有冇黎我哋餐廳食過嘢㗎？嘩，我心諗，無食過你係咪諗住唔答吖？係咪無食過就唔訂得枱先？（其實就係因為之前食過，覺得啲嘢食唔錯先返轉頭，點知訂枱個樓面咁講嘢🙄）之前4月頭打去，佢同我講話我訂咗10個人未比按金喎我話我訂8個人咋喎，唔係10個喎跟住今日再打黎話我訂咗12:30我話你個同事都好多錯漏喎，又訂咗10個，又變咗12:30（其實佢除咗識串客之外，其他嘢仲識唔識做呢？）
