To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎過4,5次啦,因為食物幾好,而且唔多人,永遠都有位。 1)杏汁豬肺湯已是第2次飲,$128,超正,超好飲。因為杏汁湯好好味,又唔會太"結"太稀,清清地咁飲,又有大白菜可以食,超正。一煲可有6碗以上。抵飲,因為好少人會在家洗豬肺。。2)鹵水鵝片$108,必食啦。肉質不會硬,剛好,又夠味,仲有鹵水豆腐仲正。次次黎都必食。3) 菠蘿咕嚕肉$88,新鮮菠蘿有些壞味(但之前食好好食的,應該係今次失手),但肉好食,炸醬不會太厚,咕嚕汁又好味。4)苦瓜排骨煲$88,好多苦瓜,係有些苦,如果唔食得苦既人,應該唔鍾意。排骨煮至腍身,好食。而且成煲野有湯,熱熱地飲幾好飲。5)川椒雞粒飯$88,有驚喜呀,一見到個樣就知好食。好野味。正5)炸子雞$108,今次有些失手,因為唔夠熱,似係放左一段時間。因為上次食都好好食的。6)椒鹽九肚魚$55,not good,炸醬太厚,根本食唔到魚咁。總括有AE card黎食係幾抵食。。今次75折,全單$720左右。
