To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早排屋企人生日，去咗呢間比較新式嘅酒樓食晚飯，嗌咗圍菜，大家都食到好飽，食唔曬嘅餸都拎咗返屋企慢慢食。整體嚟講全部食物味道都唔錯，而且全部材料都好足，感覺上都幾抵食。乳鴿一人一隻，個皮都幾脆，油香味都幾足，可以嘅話我都想食多幾隻。龍蝦伊麵放咗好多龍蝦球喺個面上面，見到都流口水，而且上湯嘅味道都唔錯。啲菜煮得好軟腍，配埋啲乾瑤柱絲汁，味道一流，類似係蠔油汁嘅味道。佢仲有煲仔飯、蒸魚同壽包等等，每一樣味道都唔錯，如果佢保持水準既話下次都嚟幫襯。
