To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚約咗朋友收工食飯，係鰂魚涌做野嘅佢帶咗我嚟呢間東南亞嘢食，係地鐵站行幾分鐘就到貪佢夠方便。主食主要有喇沙同海南雞等選擇，諗到嘅都有。海鮮喇沙 $85-配料好足，有大大粒帆立貝、兩隻大蝦、魚片、蟹柳等，喇沙湯陣陣椰香味，豆卜索曬啲湯汁好味。海南雞飯 $85-東南亞菜必食，無骨雞又多又大塊，亦好嫩滑，皮下脂肪少。湯好清甜飲得出無味精。咖哩薄餅(二) $32-薄餅熱辣辣，一塊都幾大下，咖哩味濃郁唔算太辣。
