To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我是在綱上和朋友推介下今天舉家到東昇樓晚膳。在東涌MTR站上車到他們的店舖尚可(不用5分鐘車程)。可是座位安排不當(星期五已訂臺)。食物水準普通，味道沒大驚喜。海鮮價錢尚可，一碟淨菜收HK$40.00，與市區食店比不覺便宜。衛生環境差。要服務員拿紙巾、lemon水洗手，最少重覆五、六次才拿給你。明顯人手不足。我們八時離開，一心乘他們的專車回東涌，但足足等了45分鐘。中間有人插隊不在話下。比我們遲等車要返回Disney Land的，卻有2部車安排他們先離去。我最少電聯東昇7、8次，每次的回應都說車在途中，敷衍了事。最終8:45 pm 才有車到。今天是端陽節，應該是happy family gathering，but this experience made each of us very unhappy! I won't recommend anyone to go there.
