To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇見老友,雖然山長水遠,都入東涌探下佢,去咗東昇樓海鮮酒家晚飯,但今次好特別,冇食海鮮,食小菜先叫個例牌燒鵝試下,皮燒得脆,皮同肉之間冇乜肥膏,選材唔錯,啲肉唔韌,醬汁唔鹹都算入味跟住嚟嘅係椒鹽鮮魷,食材都係一樣幾新鮮,炸得剛剛好又有咬口,漿粉都算薄,椒鹽嘅份量都算適中老友話梅菜炒菜心好食,上菜都算香,梅菜應該浸透唔會太鹹,碟菜炒出嚟唔油膩,原來梅菜拌菜心一齊食,多一分鮮甜又唔差喎最後係煎鹹魚肉餅,可以話抵食夾大件,鹹香夠,肉餅嘅咬口幾好呢度嘅小菜都算有水準,有機會先再嚟食海鮮啦!

跟住嚟嘅係椒鹽鮮魷,食材都係一樣幾新鮮,炸得剛剛好又有咬口,漿粉都算薄,椒鹽嘅份量都算適中
老友話梅菜炒菜心好食,上菜都算香,梅菜應該浸透唔會太鹹,碟菜炒出嚟唔油膩,原來梅菜拌菜心一齊食,多一分鮮甜又唔差喎
