前排去日本旅行已率先品嘗依間超人氣海鮮丼,不論係總店及分店都吸引唔少人排隊朝聖,依家係香港都可以食到喇😍 餐廳主打「一丼二食」,一碗海鮮丼具有淨食及湯漬飯兩款唔同食法,賣相仲好吸睛❤️❀ 時令刺身配特製胡麻醬 🐟有4片新鮮爽嫩油甘魚刺身✨ 配以特製胡麻醬及芥末食更惹味~可先食兩片再預留兩片刺身與高湯漬飯一齊享用☺️❀ 梅海鮮丼 🐟有別於一般魚生丼,師傅將赤蝦、鯡魚子、象拔蚌、螺肉、魷魚、金槍魚及金槍魚蓉切碎混合,再堆成一座小山丘放係丼飯上,味道濃郁又鮮味🥰 食用時更可混合芥末及蛋黃醬油,更顯鮮味✨ 食剩⅓碗飯可以通知店員加入鯛魚高湯、三葉芹、茗荷及柚子皮,味道更清香呢😚 ❀ 特上海鮮丼 🐟依度有4款海鮮丼,特上比起梅海鮮丼多咗紅鱈蟹,更加入份量澎湃既海膽及三文魚籽😍 豐富既配搭令丼飯更添滋味,同樣之後可加入鯛魚高湯製成湯漬飯,食得更加滿足👍🏻 ❀ 宇治抹茶布丁佐紅豆 🍮最後當然要甜品啦~布丁質感滑溜,又重蛋香,表面灑上濃郁甘香既抹茶粉,配埋紅豆及粟米脆片食味道更有層次☺️
