不想吃東薈城連鎖餐廳🍴便決意再次到訪位於海堤灣畔的酒吧餐廳🍴,主打泛亞地區fusion菜,提供越南泰國菜式,大快朵頤。用餐區分咗室外室內。室外設有大電視螢幕,睇足球⚽️一流,好有氣氛。室內用上木系做主調,配上大掛畫同雲石枱,盡顯高級感。仲設有戶外坐位,可以飲酒🍻同朋友相聚。Satay skewers 6 pics (HKD 128):分別雞豬牛各兩串,牛肉燒得粉嫩粉嫩,保持肉汁,焦脆表面份外有風味。豬肉比較韌結實,要咬多幾啖。雞肉充滿炭燒香,肉質嫩滑仲有中東醃料味,增強味道複雜性,主角沙嗲帶有香濃姜黃同花生味,汁醬較稀。Grilled squid 🦑(HKD 118):一整隻毫不吝嗇的新鮮爽彈魷魚,表面用上醬油燒一燒,增添風味,蘸上泰式酸辣海鮮醬,大量辣椒籽,辣得過癮。Green Mango salad with soft crab (HKD 98):酥炸軟殼蟹炸粉不厚,一啖咬落食到啖啖蟹膏,加上青芒果絲,青木瓜、香料葉、花生碎仲有魚露,整體酸酸甜甜, 十分開胃。重點有加炸蒜蓉提升層次香味。Butter chicken (HKD 128):雞肉份量好多,肉質軟焾,咖哩好正宗!味道偏甜,帶
