To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日真係熱死,出門行行下都係滿頭大汗。朋友傾訴住個「出走」計劃,佢請我哋試下東涌間嘅「尚蓮越泰餐廳」,聽講呢度嘅蛋包海鮮炒金邊粉、鳳梨軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯同馬拉盞炒通菜都好出名,令我充滿期待。肚餓程度:由於成日都出去行街玩,我哋已經餓到肚子咕咕叫,等唔及啲食物上枱啦。蛋包海鮮炒金邊粉:呢道菜用金邊粉炒得香氣四溢,加埋新鮮嘅海鮮,包住喺蛋包入面,食落去好豐富,每一口都令人驚喜。金邊粉本身已經係我哋最愛嘅,再加上呢個獨特嘅烹調方法,真係令人停唔住。鳳梨軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯:呢道菜嘅造型好特別,用鳳梨做碗,入面裝住香氣撲鼻嘅海鮮炒飯,再加上脆爽嘅軟殼蟹,色香味俱全。一食落去,鳳梨嘅甜味同海鮮嘅鮮味融合埋一齊,真係好開心。馬拉盞炒通菜:呢道菜係一道經典嘅泰式菜式,通菜炒得恰到好處,保留住啲蔬菜嘅嫩滑口感,再加上香辣嘅馬拉盞醬汁,帶嚟一股濃郁嘅泰式風味。呢道菜清新開胃,啱啱好平衡咗之前兩道稍微重口味嘅菜式。食完之後,我哋心情好滿足,雨天都因為呢個美味之旅變得溫馨啲。
