秋意漸濃,係時候換季,今日入咗東涌大型商場,逛完街食個飯,位於東薈城嘅《日本橋海鮮丼》,店內裝修就讓食客仿如置身日本店一樣,和式設計配合柔和燈光,部分卡位亦有吧枱位,一邊吃一邊欣賞師傅表演。點了兩個丼,「梅」及「特上」,先來幾片鯛魚魚片,店員指引先吃兩片配特製胡麻醬汁,味道清甜帶香濃芝麻味道,留兩片到最後加熱湯時才放入丼。上菜時真係「嘩」一聲,吞拿魚蓉成座小山丘咁高,吞拿魚鲜甜,「特上」包括海膽,米飯有芝麻粒,食落特別香口,需先把芥末放入雞蛋醬油,再淋上飯,大概吃完三分二,店員便會指示可添飯,然後加入熱烘烘湯浸熟鯛魚片,感覺好温暖,這個食法真的好有趣,先吃魚生再吃湯飯,湯底味道香濃,最後湯飯全部被KO。魚片又香又滑,勁正!黑豆茶都是這餐廳的特色。
