To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

專程來食松葉蟹飯, 味道未算好突出, 可以試一試食物 : 松葉蟹丼(定食) $113 ~ 這個蟹丼很適合我這種想食又唔想剝殼的人, 見到全碗舖滿蟹肉, 色彩繽紛, 打卡一流, 雖然蟹肉未自好鮮甜, 但都算正常味道, 定食包有飲品/前菜/味噌湯/甜品, 整體都算唔錯松葉蟹土鍋飯(定食) $123~ 土鍋飯連GAS爐上, 要自已計時煮飯, 工具好可愛, 職員有過來幫忙, 等咗一輪, 閙鐘响起, 可以開飯, 打開蓋, 見到蟹肉唔算好多, D飯比較濕, 唔似煲仔飯咁有焦香, 撈埋魚子及蟹膏一齊食, 味道正常普通, 定食包有飲品/前菜/味噌湯/甜品環境 : 店面是木系裝修, 乾淨舒服服務 : 職員有禮貌價錢 : HK$259.6 (包10%服務費)
