To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天係荷里活睇完戲，便與家人到此一試。 嘩！ 很多人已企係門口度等位，心想有排等了，但不夠10分鐘便可有卡位坐，可能我們只有3個人較少呢！今天試了四款菜式： (約20分鐘，所有菜式已到，而且不用追單)- 香煎蠔餅 (HK$38.00)- 香煎墨魚餅 (HK$48.00)- 切件滷水鵝 (HK$55.00) P.S. [ 太多客以致師傅都唔得閒切片啊！ ]- 沙嗲牛肉炒芥蘭 (HK$42.00)- 飯/粥 (每碗HK$6.00)母親大人吃完都覺得好滿意 ，味道果然不錯，只是香煎蠔餅感覺上較多粉。下次有機會一定會再來。
