To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次朋友生日,我們選擇到翠亨邨食晚餐。聽朋友說他們的菜式一向水準保持得不錯,於是我們便來試試。杏汁豬肺湯這個湯喝下去很順口,沒有北杏的苦澀味,用了也10分多,雞腳、豬肉、豬肺、白果和紅棗等,很美味。油鹽水菜心此菜很精緻,菜頭的地方都被削去了,剩下的都是嫩的部份。翠亨靓一雞此雞很有鹹香味,雞肉嫩滑,將手撕雞一樣把雞肉絲了出來,皮也很爽,雖然喜歡吃,但太邪惡了,只吃了一塊雜菇支竹煮南瓜(正確的名字忘了)南瓜被焗過,加重了南瓜的香味,再加上雜菇和支竹的味道,配合得剛剛好。核桃露和楊枝金露兩個甜品同樣出色,合桃露很香,也很滑。楊枝甘露有很多柚子肉,也不太甜。

核桃露和楊枝金露
兩個甜品同樣出色,合桃露很香,也很滑。楊枝甘露有很多柚子肉,也不太甜。
