平時收工都會經過山林道,今日知道六合彩有巨額獎金,就順便買一注碰下運氣,就發現左呢間自家手作果醬餐廳。獎金未必有就食餐好嘅補數。田園沙律配熱情果油醋汁。沙律菜都係嗰啲,但佢個果醋真係無得彈,酸甜度足夠平衡,用上熱情果醬提味,令到香味更出更開胃。忌廉雜菌湯。味道都好香,奶滑得黎夠味道。唔錯。蒜辣紅蝦意粉。雖然叫做蒜辣意粉,但辣味唔會太嗆。蒜味好香濃加上少少辛口嘅紅辣椒味,食落好過癮。而本身係以茄醬做底味,令到整體感覺好清爽。紅蝦好大隻而且厚肉,一碟有四隻真係不可多得同豪氣,因為平時出面食都只係兩隻,以尖沙咀物價黎講,真係良心。法式油封鴨脾伴紫薯泥配丁香橙醬。鴨脾通常感覺都會好肥膩,而且會有一股鴨鵝特有嘅羶油味,但呢道菜一啲都唔油而且鴨肉羶味全無。鴨脾經過長時間燘煮,令肌肉纖維變得非常鬆化,輕輕用叉一撥就拆到啲肉了。醬汁配上香橙醬係鴨肉嘅最佳配搭,因為橙嘅配味同香味配合上黎有啲中式陳皮嘅效果,所以入口一啲都無違和感。更可做到解油膩嘅效果。紅豆冰。紅豆煮得夠腍,食落好糯軟。整體唔算太甜,但味道相比奶昔嘅話就輸左少少了。果醬奶昔-熱帶風情。飲落好清新,入面應該溝左香蕉菠蘿同橙。所以入口偏甜同奶

草莓芝士餅(跟餐 甜品)。上面嘅草莓醬又係畫龍點睛嘅一手,因為本身芝士餅係食完整餐之後點都有少少飽滯感,但配上酸酸嘅果醬,令食時胃部負擔無咁大,好食。
