就讀理大的朋友吃過這裏的下午茶,覺得果醬入饌的甜品味道不錯,便帶我來 Dinner~白酒忌廉煮青口,大大隻的青口,肉質細滑,以白酒忌廉醬汁/蒜片調味,令青口帶著微微蒜香,鮮味十足!黑松露野菌意大利燴飯,飯粒軟硬適中,油而不膩,富濃厚黑松露及菇菌味,菌香四溢!我們還點了Set Dinner:田園沙律配熱情果油醋汁,蔬菜用料新鮮,加入果醋,酸酸甜甜,清新醒胃。野菌忌廉湯,溫熱暖和,口感濃稠,湯中夾雜菇菌粒粒,口感層次豐富,滋味可口~酸辣青檸醬焗龍蝦配龍蝦汁意粉,柔韌的意粉沾滿濃郁的龍蝦汁,龍蝦肉肉質紮實,加上獨特的酸辣青檸醬汁調味,鹹中帶微辣,香口滋味~法式焦糖焗蛋,面層果醬為焗蛋添上一份雜莓的果酸香,中層焦糖薄而脆,甜而不膩,底層焗蛋,香甜細滑,入口即化~特製果醬梳打,手工果醬款式選擇多,有芒果/桂花雪梨/丁香香橙/菠蘿等等,最後選了玫瑰蘋果,每口梳打充滿玫瑰蘋果的甜香味,果香四溢,跟餐更享半價優惠$22,抵飲!前菜至甜品皆很味美,尤其該店招牌手工果醬飲品及甜品,加入果醬的食材,味道更錦上添花,滋味獨特!
