To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前嚟過食叻沙，今次重臨有新發現！餐牌上有唔少嘅中菜，見食評推介酸菜魚，就膽粗粗一個人點了二人份嘅招牌酸菜魚！另外亦眼闊肚窄咁叫多個麻香口水雞先嚟嘅係檸檬薏米水。餐牌上標明係低糖嘅，飲落去又唔係特別淡，幾好味，嗰啲檸檬片同薏米放得好靚！轉個頭碟麻香口水雞就送到。呢個係冷盤，應該係雞髀肉嚟，每一件雞都超滑！啲麻辣醬味道恰到好處，唔會太辣，又有花椒嘅香味。大概5分鐘之後店員捧咗一個大盤過嚟，真係有啲俾佢嚇親😆，不愧係二人分嘅酸菜魚，好大碟。真係好足料！除咗好多香料之外，有好多件魚，好鮮味。仲有雞髀菇，秀珍菇。一路食一路好似尋寶咁，撩吓撩吓原來個底有木薯粉！平時食開嘅木薯粉係幼身嘅，但係呢間餐廳用嘅呢就係比較粗嘅木薯粉。有啲粉條好似河粉嘅粗度，但有啲又成寸咁闊！闊條木薯粉比起幼身嘅更煙靭，好有嚼口，越食越過癮！
