Honjo上環皇后大道西77-91號1樓今日朋友請客約左我黎西營盤食飯,本身對呢頭一d都唔熟悉,感覺好新奇,朋友話係食日本菜,但入到黎餐廳感覺好有60~70年代歐洲既風格,成個室內裝修好有格調令食客覺得好舒服,而家好多打咭位,真係好值得黎我地坐低左之後,餐廳職員好細心推介meun上面既食物,跟住每上一道菜都會用心講解用d咩食材, 烹調方法,食完仲會問我哋覺得點,真係好貼心,而且加水同收碟嘅速度都好快,值得一讚Edamame + Wagyu + Crispy Tofu Salad頭盤總共有3道菜,首先係食左枝豆,呢個感覺非常新鮮,加上淡淡既海鹽,食落唔會覺得咁單調!!和牛他他,望見半生熟既表面已經覺得好吸引,再配上小辣椒同埋脆米一齊食,除左有鮮嫩既感覺仲有同口感!!脆炸豆腐,望落非常精緻,底下墊有惹味既椒絲,夾埋一齊放入口就最惹味啦!!Spicy Desu + Tuna Crunch緊接住係兩款卷物,首先係試左炸蝦卷,壽司入面包住既炸蝦非常香脆,表面鋪住滿滿既蟹子,真係見到都流曬口水!!吞拿魚卷就更加不用多提,表面既吞拿魚蓉加入左少少微辣,感覺更加惹味,一試難忘!!Corn Tempur

Corn Tempura + Crab
第一次食粟米係呢種食法,感覺好新奇,將一粒粒既粟米,以天婦羅形式結合炸成球狀,估唔到咁有驚喜!!而炸軟殼蟹炸得香脆之餘,感覺精粹就喺個醬汁度,配合埋香濃的蛋黃醬真係好match, 除咗令到味道昇華之外,亦可以減低油膩嘅感覺!!

Hamachi Kama
超級巨型油甘魚魚頭,估唔到可以咁大份,魚頭既表皮炸得蕉脆,但入面嘅肉質依然保持嫩滑多汁,油脂非常豐富。。除此之外,仲可以加d檸檬汁食,感覺好清新

King Crab Kamameshi
日本皇帝蟹釜飯,呢個非常足料,係熱辣辣嘅鍋入面,有好多蟹肉,三文魚子,仲有大量既蔥花,混埋一齊真係好香,而家份量都幾多,我地每日都起碼食左2碗以上,都仲有剩
