To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身我坐個冷氣位冇風出,第一次反映情況,當時職員就話佢哋會再重新較一較個冷氣。但過咗20分鐘都冇改善,同佢哋第二次反映情況,佢哋又話再較較個冷氣。最後聲稱有咩事事後可以喺張單QR code下面個email反映情況,但同佢哋customer service溝通簡直係惡夢。所謂嘅「調查」敷衍了事,只係回覆冷氣機冇事,亦指冇客人反映類似情況。都過咗幾日,冷氣機出風位整返好正常。同埋佢地係咪真係有問當日曾經坐同一位置既客人情況?完全唔合理。食物質素雖然OK,但服務令人非常失望。價錢同服務完全唔成正比。每人700幾蚊,但就擺出呢種愛理不理嘅態度。
