好開心啊,朋友話帶我到尖沙咀嘅“黑門水產”食日本嘢,呢度零舍多嘢食,啲嘢又新鮮,種類又多,做法多樣化,價錢豐儉由人。“三文魚腩刺身”,眾所周知,三文魚魚腩係三文魚的腹部,肉質柔嫩、口感豐富,含有豐富的油脂和蛋白質,食落feel到肉質細嫩,口感鮮美👍“岩手縣赤崎生蠔”, 來自岩手縣的生蠔,食落倍感清爽、肉質鮮嫩多汁,仲要係好大隻,差不多手掌咁長,超有滿足感。“鰻魚壽司”,鰻魚不嬲係鍾意的食物,除咗壽司之外,亦嗌埋 “蒲燒鰻魚飯”,燒汁味道極好,鰻魚係高蛋白、低脂肪的食品,食少少應該唔怕,更何況佢肉質鮮嫩、滑爽又無骨,唔會食得論盡。“蟹油蒜燒帆立貝”,帆立貝已是好味之選,再加蟹油蒜燒,味道double升級;“海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒”、“鐵板宮崎柚子胡椒香蔥牛舌”和 “三文魚牛油炒雜菌”亦都全部令人好滿意🩵🧡💕
