甫踏進位處中環擺花街的La Brasserie,即能感受法式餐館的魅力,有別於一般高級法式餐廳,客人談笑風生,氣氛較為輕鬆自在。餐館玻璃大門旁的露台位置專為戶外用餐而設,餐廳以深藍色作主調,展現優雅格調。La Brasserie提供不少法國經典菜式如龍蝦湯、洋蔥湯、馬賽海鮮湯等。上菜前先上麵包籃,麵包小卷酥脆軟嫩,就算淨食亦非常可口。Bisque de homard龍蝦湯上面酸種麵包脆塊點綴上魚子醬及可食用花朵,龍蝦湯非常熱辣,味道濃郁,內有粒粒龍蝦肉,真材實料,十分推介。Soupe a l'Oignon洋蔥湯中間有法包,湯內有大量洋蔥絲,加上瑞士芝士,味道焦香香濃。Bouillabaisse 主菜法國馬賽海鮮湯原鍋上,海鮮種類及份量很多,帶子藍貝青口海蝦各種海鮮都鮮嫩清甜,鯛魚塊外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑。馬賽海鮮湯內有兩片法包,吸滿濃郁可口海鮮湯。Magret de canard 熟成煙燻鴨胸先原塊上枱再入廚房切片,鴨肉軟嫩不膩,配上橙片及蜜糖,即時減去油膩感。Crispy layered potatoes with thyme & rosemary 薯仔先切片再疊起炸脆,可以同時食到香脆
