第一次黎呢度食omakase,呢度有2位師傅招呼客人。午市都幾抵食。呢度有d精品擺設,係師傅去日本旅遊時搜購返黎,果5隻小鬼好cute呀!我地既用具都係師傅係京都買返黎,令我覺得自己去左日本咁呀!首先食既係茶碗蒸,有好多配料,而蒸蛋咁考功力既野,食得出師傅既功力深厚。第一次食螢光魷魚,味道特別,好鮮美、紫蘇葉包住既龍蝦刺身再配蝦膏、魚子,色澤豐富、口感一流,龍蝦肉好脆、華漣生蠔係拎左獎既,佢係長崎縣產既生蠔, 蠔邊爽口、肉身Creamy、貝柱軟糯,再加上自家既調味,好令人滿足呀!象拔蚌刺身切成薄片,味道鮮美,令人垂涎欲滴。食左咁多野,再食炸物,又係為之驚嘆。 壽司有6款,每一款都好驚為天人,師傅一d都唔hea.食左劍魚柳、右口魚、金目鯛等,有d經火槍燒過,味道再升華左。 雲丹飯超正,有紫菜可以包住海膽食,加上飯有特別既調味,令人胃口大開,紫菜唔夠仲可以追加添。卷物係吞拿魚蓉加上天婦羅脆脆,口感即時更加有層次。玉子燒有日本蛋同湖北蛋,味道好特別。Miso soup味道好濃,食完咁多野再飲湯,真係一個perfect ending.甜品係杏仁咖啡雪糕,配搭特別
