朋友上個月開始已經想食buffet揀選一輪之後,朋友最終揀中了這家在Hotel ICON內的The Market透過openrice訂座有8折優惠,折實後連加一,埋單每人$610!由6月份開始,The Market與著名椰子品牌甄沾記crossover,推出Coconut Hong Kong Story主題自助餐以甄沾記椰子產品入饌,熟食甜品皆見其蹤影~~獲安排入座後,枱面上擺放著獨立小包裝的椰子糖給食客試試!我們的座位是在餐廳內的最盡頭處,與取餐區剛好是一頭一尾經過全部座位後才到達取餐區~~~幸好不像另外某些酒店那樣會推出限時限量的食品,否則實會排隊尾!先攻海鮮冷盤區,款式選擇尚算足夠青口﹑蟹腳﹑蜆﹑龍蝦﹑小龍蝦等皆有提供~~~不過以600元的價位而言,卻沒有生蠔供應!海鮮用藍色大冰桶冰鎮著,有點漁市場的感覺~~唯海鮮質素一般,龍蝦肉質不算十分爽口彈牙,蟹腳肉質甚至有點霉...再加上餐廳所提供的較剪十分不好用笨重又實又鈍,所以也沒有像平時那樣吃那麼多海鮮!雖然海鮮質素一般,但據聞The Market的熟食及甜品都幾有水準!!食熟食之前,還先去沙律區及刺身壽司看看!試了吞拿魚﹑帆立貝及

先攻海鮮冷盤區,款式選擇尚算足夠
青口﹑蟹腳﹑蜆﹑龍蝦﹑小龍蝦等皆有提供~~~
不過以600元的價位而言,卻沒有生蠔供應!

沙律區那邊,芝士的選擇都算多!
當中最特別的是松露蜜糖醬這款醬汁,配ham食,味道好匹配!!
ham鹹香之中,帶點醬汁的微甜及松露香!!

竟然還有Godiva朱古力雪糕,不過可能雪糕漿才剛凝固好,質感較水!但朱古力味仿香濃!!

榴槤芝士撻﹑榴槤球和炸榴槤就被比下去了,感覺較為普通!
抹茶奶凍,仿如喝抹茶一樣,帶苦澀味,好濃很好吃!

整頓dinner buffet中,相信是以甜品所帶來的印象最為深刻呢!!
熟食就以燉湯及喇沙最為出色!
榴槤愛好者真的要留空間去試榴槤甜品丫~~
榴槤食品出色程度幾乎蓋過作為主題的椰子啊!!
即使沒有生蠔,海鮮質素一般,但其他食品的水平,都令600元的價位算是值得!
