今日同朋友慶祝生日,食咗呢一間幾出名嘅自助餐,長期都好多人預約,好彩朋友一早約咗,今日係蟹嘅主題,所以有好多種唔同嘅蟹,價錢略為貴嘅,我覺得佢個自助餐,不過整體食物質素我覺得都OK,有好多種我鍾意食嘅海鮮!阿拉斯加帝王蟹,係全場嘅焦點,非常大隻,而且厚肉,食落去亦都有海水嘅鹹味,好似食緊蟹柳咁,非常好食!而且佢呢一個價錢有呢一個質素嘅蟹真係值回票價!另外龍蝦都好新鮮,係用波士頓龍蝦,每一隻都有膏,啖啖肉最好食!佢嘅鮮蝦都好好食,爽口彈牙,睇得出餐廳嘅食材都好新鮮!另外朋友就覺得佢嘅燒牛仔肉好好食,我都非常同意,中間粉紅色,燒得好靚,整體質素食物幾好!

今日我生日,友人和我來食buffet慶祝!這裡出名食榴槤,作為榴槤控的我真係食得好開心!這裡有自家制榴槤雪糕、榴槤葡撻、榴槤奶凍、炸榴槤波波、榴槤芝士撻、榴槤班蘭蛋糕等等,真係好好食!每款食物都精心制作,榴槤味濃郁!另外,就是蟹!除了冰鮮蟹腳、蟹鉗,熱盤都好多蟹!焗阿拉斯加蟹腳薯蓉、阿拉斯加蟹腳伴粉絲、阿拉斯加蟹腳蒸蛋、貓山王肥肥蟹等等,好好味!好難得熱盤都咁有驚喜!雪糕除了Govida之外,有泰式奶茶雪糕,個味道超似泰國飲的泰式奶茶,好好味!

第一次來hotel icon食自助晚餐 選擇款式還算多樣如果喜歡榴蓮的朋友 一定會很喜歡依間 無限任食的榴蓮食品 冰淇淋、各類甜品、最特別應該是一大盤榴蓮蓉 刺身都很新鮮 龍蝦、長腳蟹那些…真心一說 不是很高質那種…其他食物都一般般 正正常常 沒什麼特別~

The market自助餐其實都食過幾次,每次都會有啲新款式嘅食物,佢嘅食物種類未必係自助餐界別入面最多,但勝在每樣嘢都幾好食,刺身同海鮮都好新鮮,刺身又三文魚、帶子、吞拿魚等等,仲有任食三文魚子令口感更有層次,海鮮有龍蝦、長腳蟹等等,甜品種類都非常豐富,尤其係榴槤味嘅甜品,自家製榴槤雪糕配埋榴槤蓉,簡直係絕配,每次嚟都要食返幾杯,熱食種類都好多,有牛扒同羊架呢啲自助餐必食嘅食物,另外仲有海南雞飯同鵝肝多士都好好味,唔食生嘢嘅朋友都唔怕冇嘢食啦!

諗住hotel icon 自助餐應水準不會太差, 今期主題阿拉斯加蟹整體大部份食品都超咸。刺生-不夠生鮮,  豉油咸爆, 試咗一轉再無食, 沙律 - 阿拉斯加蟹雜菓沙律, 差不多完全無蟹, 沙律吧選擇相對其它自助餐少很多加拿大鱈場蟹腳 - 不知是否不夠新鮮,  咸到無朋友,其它凍海鮮即刻不敢再試,   蟹粥完全無蟹味, 不過粥底都好算綿, 片皮鴨卷, 本來算好食, 但醬明顯咸爆喇沙味偏淡海南雞飯, 雞明顯唔新鮮, 不知是否解凍不足, 雪藏味未散,大部蟹菜餚基本上無蟹味和肉,但唯一可讚自助餐來說, 牛扒較為好食, 對於不特別喜愛食甜品的來說, 甜品款相對較其食品好食, 但選擇偏少榴槤甜品, 除了榴槤醬味濃, 其它味超淡, 沒有榴槤味應該放得太多桌, 導致出入路, 偏窄

整體大部份食品都超咸。

刺生-不夠生鮮,  豉油咸爆, 試咗一轉再無食,
沙律 - 阿拉斯加蟹雜菓沙律, 差不多完全無蟹, 
沙律吧選擇相對其它自助餐少很多
加拿大鱈場蟹腳 - 不知是否不夠新鮮,  咸到無朋友,
其它凍海鮮即刻不敢再試, 
  蟹粥完全無蟹味, 不過粥底都好算綿, 
片皮鴨卷, 本來算好食, 但醬明顯咸爆

海南雞飯, 雞明顯唔新鮮, 不知是否解凍不足, 雪藏味未散,
大部蟹菜餚基本上無蟹味和肉,

但唯一可讚自助餐來說, 牛扒較為好食, 
對於不特別喜愛食甜品的來說, 甜品款相對較其食品好食, 

但選擇偏少

榴槤甜品, 除了榴槤醬味濃, 其它味超淡, 沒有榴槤味

應該放得太多桌, 導致出入路, 偏窄

斑蘭蛋糕裏面包住榴槤蓉,外面灑滿肉鬆,啖啖榴槤肉💛
榴槤抹茶麻糬、榴槤芒果流心泡芙、榴槤蝴蝶酥就冇乜特別啦💁🏻‍♀️

【自助甜品區】
款式同平時Dinner buffet一樣,各款奶凍 (包括芒果、抹茶、Bailey’s)、鮮果撻、果凍、伯爵茶凍、歌劇院蛋糕、Godiva雪糕🍦
📣不過有幾樣係同Tea Setet重複咗,例如榴槤芝士蛋糕、榴槤斑蘭卷、榴槤糯米糍…所以大家拎嘅時候就唔好重複拎啦🙅🏻‍♀️除非真係好鍾意呢款甜品或者有胃口再食多啲
最令我深刻嘅梗係任食榴槤蓉同榴槤雪糕啦,真係好正,食完個口臭到飛起😈

食完個Tea Set其實已經飽咗一大半,再食埋自助區就食到反胃😵份量實在太多,所以我見枱枱都會打包部份Tea Set走,性價極高👍🏻👍🏻今年唔再食榴槤嚕~~
