To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

市道不佳,很多食肆都有用餐優惠,帝京軒也不例外,網上訂座午餐有85折而晚餐更有8折。五層腩吃過幾次,水準十分穩定,皮脆肉滑。這裏的五層腩是以吃肉味為主,調味比平常燒腩仔為輕,入口時較少罪惡感。玉帶燒賣平平無奇,主因是帶子的質素不高,肉餡則並無不妥。灌湯餃標價$168/隻,因此只點了一隻,打開小燉盅之時卻感覺執到寶,因為花膠筒比灌湯餃更大,肉厚兼腍滑,配角頓時變了主角,同煮的瑤柱及竹笙同樣有看頭,實是物有所值。既名菠蘿叉燒包當然有菠蘿粒作饀,叉燒饀料也肥瘦適中,調味同樣拿捏得剛好,咸甜的完美結合。鮮蝦腸粉的外皮有彈性但不夠嫩滑,蝦仁很大顆但鮮度一般。咕嚕黑豚非常可口,豚肉柔軟美味,包裹的炸漿薄且脆,無花果和菠蘿都是新鮮貨色,是一款很滋味的小菜。馬拉糕很鬆軟且佈滿欖仁,為糕點增添不少口感,甜度也恰好是不錯的甜點。朋友好甜,小小的馬拉糕不能填滿她的甜品胃,本不打算點甜點的我,卻因為兩個桃膠燉奶比單點化算而出擊,幸好燉奶香而不膩,吃著倍感溫暖。
