同班friend行完旺角諗緊去邊到打邊爐嘅時候比我地望到呢間在登打士廣場二樓嘅火鍋鋪。一入到去, 成個感覺是"哇, 乜我黎左大排檔咩?" 有啲地'mull'嘅鋪頭令個感覺即時提升 而另一邊有個小小的海鮮市場, 方便食客揀新鮮海鮮。至於我地叫左咩就下面再詳細介紹!呢張poster好搞笑, 冇得say no 打邊爐首先梗是叫湯底啦! 叫左個招牌海鮮入圍煮湯($268), (好搞笑個菜式名玩食字!), 雖然個湯底有啲貴, 不過都算值回票價嘅! 因為入面好多海鮮, 有蝦, 蜆, 花甲, 螺等等仲有雞添! 令到個湯底好鮮甜! 首先介紹下啲海鮮先! 我地叫左三隻大聖子($38/1), 唔是講笑, 啲聖子真是好大隻! 好甜! 花膠筒($128), 都算爽口彈牙, OK嘅。之後再叫左桶蠔($138), 呢個桶蠔都是普通嘅桶蠔, 唔算好特別。在海鮮市場見到有新鮮象拔蚌($588)就忍唔住同朋友叫左黎食, 廚房師傅切好晒放冰面刺身上, 點啲豉油食真是冇得輸, 唔歡喜食刺身嘅放落湯灼熟佢都得! 好食! 第一次食呢個芝士牛丸($38), 睇個樣真是一粒普通嘅牛丸, 但入面原來是芝心架! 好好食!
