To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前排有朋友推薦呢間食法國菜既餐廳，見價錢都唔貴，就去試一試龍蝦🦞湯龍蝦味道幾香幾濃鮮味仲幾重，幾yummy~法式焗蝸牛 🐌法式經典開胃菜，餐廳有提供專門用來挖取蝸牛肉既工具，食用時好方便，蝸牛肉質香嫩，底部用左薯蓉作固定，薯蓉味道都幾入味🤤🤤法式地道鴨腿配鴨油煎薯仔鴨腿外皮好脆，鴨 肉 入 口 嫩 滑 多 汁 不 黐 牙，另外，薯仔煎到好香好脆，夾雜 滿滿鴨油香味！黑松露醬野菌意粉意粉份量都幾多，材料都好足，每口食落都充滿黑松露野菌香味～酥皮蘋果批配雪糕酥皮都幾酥脆，甜度剛好。整體來講，呢間餐廳值得回頭！
