To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

焗豬扒飯 ($88)雖然lunch set只有3個選擇 但個人覺得還是午飯時間來吃比較划算🙈 (餐牌會定期更新) 炒飯底尚算乾身 表面淋上蕃茄汁 不會太酸😛豬扒有驚喜! 肉質不鞋身 而且表層焗至微焦 吃下去口感脆脆的☺️ 整體蠻不錯 唯觸醬汁可以再多一點...-海南雞飯 ($88) 連飲品 (啡走)奇華冰室的海南雞飯 整體水準中上 師傅把所有骨去掉了 雞肉很嫩滑 吃不出是冰鮮雞🙈特別喜歡這裏的油飯 滲透淡淡油香 恰到好處!! 師傅還把菜心放在雞肉底下 讓菜心可以汲盡剩餘的雞油☺️不用單單只吃白煮菜哈哈~ 讚😏啡走是另一驚喜位🙈咖啡不是一般茶餐廳的質素 客人可以自己控制煉奶份量 像走進了Café一樣😍

 奇華冰室的海南雞飯 整體水準中上 師傅把所有骨去掉了 雞肉很嫩滑 吃不出是冰鮮雞🙈特別喜歡這裏的油飯 滲透淡淡油香 恰到好處!! 師傅還把菜心放在雞肉底下 讓菜心可以汲盡剩餘的雞油☺️不用單單只吃白煮菜哈哈~ 讚😏
