To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 標準茶餐廳

數日前經過金鐘，都唔知食乜好，求其開apps搵間茶餐廳，就見到呢間香港地。雖然話同地鐡站近，但係都需要一段時間去搵一搵。去到唔需要等位直入，而且都係用Apps落單，所以成間舖頭得兩個阿姐執頭執尾。用Apps點餐，其實同其他有呢個系統嘅餐廳用法大同小異，自閉點餐、自閉落單，啱曬我座係啲一人自閉位。份嘢嚟到之後，硬係好似少咗啲嘢，跟住諗到，係喎，爭嗰啲配菜咁嘅。不過望返張圖，又真係冇配菜㗎喎。先試下個汁，好有泰式咖喱嘅味道，咖喱顏色帶紅，辣得來有少少酸味，另加淡淡的椰香，不過不失。至於豬扒同飯方面，就好一般。明白金鐘地區48元，係咁上下，所以都不求什麼了。奶茶很滑可惜欠茶味，究竟係溝少咗隻茶葉，定係開多咗水，就不得而知啦。整體來講係一間標準嘅茶餐廳，不過餐廳比較乾淨，呢一樣嘢我都會加返少少分。
