To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 淮杞響螺燉翅群 $238——————————————整體得分:6.5分(10分滿分)——————————————🕳️食評:1️⃣口感 7/10入口幾粘幾潤,但係唔會太膩好難頂。幾鍾意啲螺肉同翅嘅口感,特別係啲翅。睇落好似好大塊嘅花膠,食落同亦好似花膠,不過會有啲少少魚翅嘅軟骨口感,幾常嫩口同幾肥美。2️⃣味道 7/10個湯一上嘅時候就已經聞到濃濃嘅響螺香味。飲落果然冇令我失望,非常濃郁美味。呢啲咁滋補養顏嘅老火湯,入面嘅材料真係一啲都唔簡單,其實個湯名已經講左九成材料出黎,再配埋雞腳你嘆,雖然餐廳會將湯渣隔開比你點豉油食,但呢個湯連啲配料本身已經好足味道,點豉油食反而會蓋過曬啲味。3️⃣抵食 6/10呢一個價錢黎講,份量大概係二人份,剩湯嘅話岩岩好裝滿兩個湯碗,而啲配料就多到成坐山咁,話比你知佢樣樣真材實料。飲呢啲湯真係需要付出多啲~.
