餐廳位於銅鑼灣的食街燈籠街,雖然是開放式廚房燒串燒,但沒什麼油煙,坐得舒服。野菜沙律點麵豉醬食的前菜,有青瓜、白蘿蔔。日本岩手縣米崎產生蠔 生蠔大隻爽口,以柚子酸汁調味,味道微酸幾開胃。牛骨髓串成一串無斷開,牛骨髓口感好淋及綿,有蔥粒,味道濃郁。蘆筍豚肉卷蘆筍十分爽口,薄薄的豚肉有肉味,加了蔬菜不會感到肥膩。雞肉大蔥雞肉夾雜著大蔥,食到肉時又有蔥,醬油味濃。牛筋牛筋夠軟綿,第一次食燒牛筋,聞起來好香,味道帶點黑胡椒味,好香。邊位有些脆邊,幾特別。安格斯牛柳厚燒牛柳但肉質好腍,一點也不韌,點麵䜴醬汁味道更出。牛小腸好香口,細細條又有爽口感,燒香味撲鼻。橫隔肌set有四款醬料味道,黑芝麻醬汁黑黑的,好重芝麻味,沒想過黑芝麻可以配串燒;蜜糖芥末甜甜地;最喜歡芥末,少少攻鼻感;最後一款是蔥粒滿佈的。牛沙瓜牛的第四個胃,口感似豬肚,味道微甜。燒飯團 鹹牛肉燒飯團放在紫菜上,飯團外邊燒到有飯焦的脆口,鹹牛肉味道夠濃。燒飯團 梅無留意到飯團饀料在飯團內,便嚐到酸酸的梅味,幾特別的味道,有日式飯團感。無花果燒酒自家製的燒酒,有不同味道。無花果燒酒酒味較濃郁,米味幾突出。菠蘿燒酒味道易入口,味道較清新。
