To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間上環店喺信德中心，一個旅客一落船地方竟然有咁樣服務質素!唔講個舊肉瘀瘀黑黑都視覺很差仲要食落去有臭味。我地同個阿姐講，佢一句：［我賣左成日都無問題喎。］跟住就走開! 其實咩態度呢？香港有你呢d服務態度唔怪得話死寂囉!咁大間集團無Training？咁簡單的事都唔識處理？你地集團嘅快餐店職員應該都識即時處理及反應喇!你地燒肉Like 仲要高級少少過佢地!不如呢個阿姐去返集團快餐店重新再學下待客之道喇! 唔該信德分店高層及分店經理認真調校返呢個阿姐喇!最後比我同佢講你咁樣服務態度都得，而家個客同你講話臭。你理都唔理？？？？好有問題的一個阿姐，應該係半高級又未係好高級的一個阿姐。無睇名，但分店搵我認人一定認得!
