To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正所謂窮則變變則通，只要有思考就有創意。這家冰室在油麻地都屹立數拾載，時間巨輪停不下留不來，要改變就要活化，舊瓶新酒改革後人就來了！這天的下午我也來揍一揍熱鬧。🍴原味比高🥯 $24配美式咖啡$32🥯喜歡食比高是哪種獨有煙韌口感，每一口都充滿麵團的味道。☕️甘甜順滑口感厚實，回甘味長是我喜歡的咖啡。🍴京蔥沙嗲牛肉比高🥯 $72牛肉非常軟嫩滿嘴濃濃的牛肉味，配上京蔥帶出另一番惹味。☕️Latte $38一杯充滿藝術的作品，既可喝也可欣賞相當治癒。
