To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 印尼四大天王飯包括巴東牛肉、小魚乾花生、雞、加多加多。巴東牛肉個汁好惹味，加埋炸得香口嘅魚乾花生一齊食幾好餸飯。另外個雞幾滑，加多加多就係加左沙嗲醬嘅菜，個醬甜甜地幾特別。印尼炒貴刁炒得幾惹味，入面有啲雞肉同菜心，份量幾大。辣醬放係一邊，可以自己控制辣度。印尼小食拼盤包括烤柚子雞翼、炸雞、炸黃豆餅、炸豆腐、炸秋葵。每款都有兩件，配上甜辣醬，又係岩哂想試哂唔同小食嘅人。牛油果沙冰沙冰入口好綿，係濃濃嘅牛油果味。另外加左朱古力醬，飲落唔明顯，所以唔會太甜，味道感覺上比較天然健康。柑桔青瓜冰好特別嘅配搭，每一啖都會飲到青瓜絲，柑桔酸味唔突出，但飲落幾清新。
