To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有次係Openrice 搵野食睇到衣間餐廳,咁啱約左朋友係銅鑼灣,佢都話想食印尼菜,就到此店,餐廳門口放了多款印尼小食,雖然店舖唔大,但餐廳內嘅員工都是印尼人,估計應該係印尼人開,我諗係正宗掛😅。餐牌有主食,飯類,串燒,甜品和特式飲品外,最特別就係有花膠湯粉皮。我地揀咗原隻龍蝦花膠湯粉皮,千層班蘭糕,大蘑菇沙嗲串燒,箭葉橙混吉蜜。食物味道方面:🍜原隻龍蝦花膠湯粉皮,湯底味道剛好,不太鹹,也不會淡而無味,花膠比想像中大塊,但可惜花膠比較硬,我本人鍾意花膠淋身一啲,至於龍蝦size亦唔算太細隻,但可惜煮得耐左啲,所以肉質有點硬!😮‍💨千層班蘭糕,味道好香,口感煙煙韌韌,有特色👍🍄大磨菇沙嗲串燒,沙爹醬汁加埋大磨菇,味道好夾,亦食唔到草青味,值得推介👍🍯箭葉橙混吉蜜,裏面有青檸,箭葉,檸檬,加埋蜜糖甜甜地,混得好適中,好飲👍值得下次再嚟食其他野
