Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食得太多中日韓美食,食到悶悶地,來點新鮮啲試下印尼菜。餐雖然舖面唔大,但係餐廳佈置好骨緻,充滿印尼風情,座位都坐得舒服。餐牌上面選擇好多,大部分都係未試過既印尼菜,最後選擇左臭豆炒飯,黎到當然試下印尼出名既臭豆,雖然叫做臭豆,但一啲都唔臭,而仲有種特別既味道,幾好味。另外個飯都炒得幾唔錯,粒粒均勻,而且夠味得黎又唔會太咸。另外仲點左碟炒通菜,大碟抵食。飲品方面,呢度既沙冰種類繁多,叫左杯蕃茄沙冰試,貪佢夠新鮮,出面未見過,唔會酸而且重蕃茄味,老闆話係係用原個蕃茄整!
