To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次去重慶大廈食印度菜，一入到重慶大廈就有好多好親切嘅叔叔介紹自己嘅餐廳。不過聽人講呢間幾好而且book咗枱就唔洗揀，直接去咗呢間。我地兩個目標都係烤餅，所以叫咗一個 Garlic nan 同一個butter nan。兩款都好香好煙韌，而且有啲位係脆嘅Main dish方面叫咗一個 butter chicken 同一個椰汁忌廉煮蝦。Butter chicken 好香好惹味，加埋烤餅好夾！不過就咁食就鹹咗啲。椰汁忌廉煮蝦就同一般咖喱差唔多味，我唔食辣嚟講有少少辣不過係可接受嘅。飲品方面我叫咗杯香蕉奶昔，唔係好甜不過飲得出真嘅香蕉味～一路食嘢一路都有幾個叔叔行過嚟問我地好唔好食，睇得出佢地好緊張客人嘅comment！最後仲請我地食印度湯圓～不過就好甜喇。整體來講今次去重慶大廈食印度菜係一個好特別嘅體驗🤩印度菜果然好好食！如果你重慶大廈好陌生不妨入去食餐飯，感受下香港入面不一樣嘅地方～
