自從幾年前第一次喺東京食過一餐正到爆嘅壽喜燒之後,就愛上左壽喜燒。可惜香港冇乜地方有壽喜燒食。今晚收工之後愛人特登安排左黎呢間招牌係壽喜燒嘅餐廳俾我過吓口癮。星期五即日訂位只能訂到6點,7點3就要交枱。黎到一見到餐牌都有d嚇親,黑毛和牛下下都要$500 - $600,雞肉就平d,$300樓下就搞掂。可以選擇追加黑毛和牛,雞肉或者豬肉。除左壽喜燒,仲可以揀火鍋。餐牌超簡單,完全唔知包既野食有幾多,真係食過先知道抵唔抵。另外飲品有紅白酒,啤酒,咖啡,汽水,果汁,同茶。茶水都靚過人,用個透明玻璃壺裝住茶同水,茶係玄米綠茶,我自己加左青檸落熱水飲。先黎前菜4小碟,服務員都有逐一介紹。生蠔生蠔細細隻,加左柚子醋同三文魚籽。雖然細隻,肉質都好實在而味道鮮甜,帶少少海水味而唔太鹹。A5和牛他他A5和牛他他加左生鵪鶉蛋喺上面,仲灑上開心果碎。服務員建議可以撈埋先食。味道好好,食落又滑溜又香又甜甜哋咁,仲食到少少果仁碎喺入面,味道層次感都不俗。松茸湯松茸湯好香甜唔油,不過松茸片就冇乜味。白蘿蔔漬物白蘿蔔漬物有三條,甜甜哋,正常貨色。每人一隻蛋,蛋黃勁橙色,先攪拌好用黎點肉食,好香滑。日本產黑毛和牛(赤身

野菜有娃娃菜,黃帝菜,茄子,金菇,南瓜,大葱,洋蔥,冬菇,長啡菇,車厘茄,年糕腐皮袋,蘿蔔片,豆腐,苟藥。材料豐富,全部都好新鮮,係茄子太硬。我哋特別要求用壽喜燒鍋黎煮野菜,經理話而家嘅安排係用另外一個鍋同汁去煮野菜,不過佢見人手都仲可以,都肯幫我哋整。野菜吸左肉汁同壽喜燒汁,好有味。

蔬菜就配烏冬。烏冬唔粗唔幼,好滑溜,吸左壽喜燒好食,記得要倒埋食剩嘅蛋汁落去一齊食。

甜品係奈良杮同和菓子,賣相精緻。服務員建議食奈良杮先,奈良杮爽甜不過唔多汁。和菓子整到成個杮咁,好靚,入面有豆沙饀,帶清新柚子味。
總括而言,壽喜燒係正宗煮法,不過個壽喜燒汁始終係同喺東京食過嘅差一節,我覺得佢呢度唔夠甜。不過想食到壽喜燒而唔係火鍋嘅壽喜燒湯底都可以黎,牛肉好過溫野菜嘅牛。但係預左要破一破費。裝修好新淨光猛,以淺啡色日式木材為主,最正係枱同枱之間距離好遠,好有私隱。服務全程有人幫你煮,都唔錯嘅。記得唔好叫雞。
