平時食開自己煮嘅螺絲粉,真正廣西風味真係第一次喺舖頭食。聽講西環最近開咗好多內地美食,螺絲粉係其中一樣我想去嘅,所以早兩日就去咗。叫咗兩碗,一碗乾撈桂林米粉配通菜同埋鍋燒(即係類似我哋嘅燒肉),正宗食法就係撈勻食咗麵先,最後再飲隔籬嗰碗湯❤️米粉爽滑彈牙,配料有酸豆角辣蘿蔔同埋黃金豆,每一樣都係我嘅最愛😂鍋燒脆口食落,唔會覺得好肥膩,我叫咗小辣,我覺得可以再辣啲🥳另外叫咗一個牛腩螺絲粉配咗炸蛋,聽講呢一個係標配!酸筍豆角炸腐皮份量都好足。個炸彈超大塊,吸滿晒湯汁,好邪惡好好食😂個牛腩係店主每日自家製,好入味。小食仲配咗炸蝦卷,上面有邪惡嘅沙律醬,熱辣辣好好食。最後我哋光盤🫶🏻🫶🏻值得一提店主可以免費加粉,保證食飽。如果想試吓正宗嘅廣西風味螺螄粉,可以去西環好螺記試吓!
