To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近都是潮流興吃外帶回家吃,所以就在屋企樓下吃了這間旺記冰室,記得還有兩三間分店,都要大排長龍,難得時間尚早,不是太多人。餐牌主打牛肉滑蛋飯,因是用了正宗日本雞蛋,餐廳內都見到很多箱日本雞蛋,用料成本高,價錢又不算太貴,我當然也一定要試試滑牛肉蝦仁滑蛋飯$59,配凍飲只加$2,再另加了一杯凍檸樂走甜。滑牛肉蝦仁滑蛋飯 - 餐牌註明是旺記秘製甜豉油,果然味道不錯,醬汁甜帶差香,牛肉嫩滑,滑蛋鮮嫩,外賣回家都保持水準,滿分💯。
