To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一段時間冇食泰國嘢，今次嚟到九龍城，順便過嚟呢度食吓泰國菜呢度嘅裝修，燈光都幾佈置得幾靚醃生蝦刺身生蝦刺身醃得好入味，夠冰涼，辣汁辛辣辣得來非常惹味令到蝦肉好肥美既生蝦更鮮甜泰式炒粉 炒粉嘅份量好多，兩個人食都好夠飽，炒得有鑊氣得來又唔會好油膩，而且佢哋嘅蝦肉仲係鮮蝦嚟😋非常高質豬頸肉聞落去好香，豬頸肉燒得非常之香，咬落去好爽脆，配上佢哋嘅自家醬料酸酸地辣辣地，同豬頸肉超級配清邁豆醬炒椰菜苗菜苗口感好幼嫩，好地道嘅清邁豆醬口味😋辣得來食唔停口，值得一試鮮椰汁海帶綠豆冰海帶綠豆冰好足料，配埋椰汁🥥食到咁上下就用用來解辣😚
