紅伶飯店,聽個名都夠晒老字號,呢間位於油麻地嘅潮州打冷飯店喺潮州菜既介別裏面非常有名,佢有兩層高,裏面裝修非常有舊式風格,大部份都係圓枱設計,有少至三人枱,去到七至八人枱都有,非常適合一班老友聚餐,潮州菜有最出名嘅馳名滷水鵝,當然佢呢度仲有招牌既冰鎮芥辣墨魚片同過百款嘅小炒,海鮮,甚至避風塘菜式都有,冬天又到啦,佢哋呢度推出咗羊腩煲,梗係要嚟試吓啦🐑枝竹羊腩煲 (細)$398 :天氣咁凍梗係要叫返個羊腩煲食下啦,食完真係會暖粒粒,我哋只係嗌咗細嘅羊腩煲,但佢裏面既羊肉超多,幾乎淡淡肉,佢哋羊腩煲嘅味道同出邊特別唔同,原因係用咗古法烹調,將黑草羊炆煮多個鐘頭,所以先可以將羊肉炆到非常軟身,而湯底都非常濃郁,食落一啲都唔覺得有蘇味,除咗羊肉外仲有必備嘅枝竹同馬蹄,基本上兩個人食再加小菜真係會食唔晒😍😍🐙冰鎮芥辣墨魚片 $109 : 到呢款招牌菜冰鎮墨魚片,佢其實唔係潮州菜嚟,但絕對係呢度嘅鎮店之寶,首先將墨魚煮好後冷藏,然後切成薄片,疊係潮州鹹菜之上,再倒上麻油,食既時候蘸上日本芥末,真係非常值得推介呢道菜,佢嘅墨魚片新鮮爽口,因為麻油嘅關係令到墨魚片芬香撲鼻,再配埋鹹菜,令到整個口感昇華

🦐西蘭花腰果蝦仁 $139 :最後叫咗一份西蘭花蝦仁,蝦仁又大又爽口,起碼有6,7件以上,再配埋熟度啱啱好嘅綠油油西蘭花,食咗啲咁濃烈嘅嘢食後食返清清地既菜,認真唔錯啊😆😆
