由於男友屋企係潮州人,時不時會聽到佢講啊婆細個會煮好多唔同潮州菜佢食,所以我對潮州菜充滿住好奇,今日帶佢嚟回味兒時滋味。一坐低,店員會好細心咁上幾杯功夫茶,係傳統老茶葉,非常清香。清燉荷包鱔荷包鱔經過慢煮再用菜葉包裹住放入湯熬煮,鱔嘅肉質好軟嫩,外皮仲有啲煙韌。菜葉味道清新又唔會蓋過蟮嘅味道,湯嘅味道濃得嚟色澤頗清,真係名符其實嘅功夫菜。鍾意鮮味同飲湯嘅朋友記得要打電話預訂,否則就好似我哋咁撞彩仲有可以叫到,太感動。鵝三寶拼盤包括咗鵝肝、鵝肉、鵝腸,潮州菜最出名係滷水,我哋就緊係要試下呢度正宗嘅味道。鵝肉連皮切片口感軟滑,鵝味突出,滷水嘅調味亦唔會過咸。鵝肝十分考功夫,一般容易處理得過老,不過呢度嘅師傅手法純熟,肝應該用了慢煮方式煮過,口感非常滑嫩,正!鵝腸處理得十分乾淨,冇任何多餘嘅脂肪殘留,既清爽又入味👍禾香鴿呢道菜十分特別,喺乳鴿入面釀咗啲已經炒香咗嘅糯米飯入去,再經酥炸,炸嘅火候啱啱好,乳鴿皮超級脆,但糯米飯又唔會吸哂啲油,整道菜都處理得好balance 。梅汁炆豬手豬手用咗燜煮嘅方式煨得非常軟綿綿,加上梅子汁煮到好入味,酸甜味道突出,好啱下飯。份量亦十分多,好啱大班人shar

禾香鴿
呢道菜十分特別,喺乳鴿入面釀咗啲已經炒香咗嘅糯米飯入去,再經酥炸,炸嘅火候啱啱好,乳鴿皮超級脆,但糯米飯又唔會吸哂啲油,整道菜都處理得好balance 。

豬手用咗燜煮嘅方式煨得非常軟綿綿,加上梅子汁煮到好入味,酸甜味道突出,好啱下飯。份量亦十分多,好啱大班人share。

汕頭煎蠔烙
肥美嘅蠔非常鮮甜,用咗麵糊包裹煎到十分酥脆。點上特調嘅汁醬一齊食好夾,啖啖都食到大量蠔肉,越食越過癮,都係份量十足,每人食左三大塊,夠哂滿足!

糖醋煎麵
食潮州菜點少得呢道傳統主食,兩面黃可以點砂糖同紅醋食,多層口感,煎麵餅亦唔會太油,師傅製作得啱啱好,手法正宗。

老藥桔
味道十分濃,夠哂陳年味道,可以清清油膩感同清熱氣,推介俾大家👍
