又係朋友聚會,今次想食返中餐,心水食潮州野,要好食又坐得好真係唔多,但今晚既飯店就中晒~小食:陳醋雲耳青瓜,開胃好食重有豆卜仔。滷水三拼:鵝翼、大腸、墨魚,鵝翼有肉、滷得又入味,而大腸有嚼勁唔硬,墨魚味道較清淡,但有墨魚既鮮味,最後既靈魂係墊底的滷水豆腐,豆腐嫩滑入味帶少少豆香。滷水鵝片,帶一層少少肥既鵝皮,鵝肉嫩滑,滷水汁鹹味恰到好處,充滿鵝既油香。同樣有豆腐墊底。梅羔醬烤骨,酸酸地好開胃,醬唔會好痴口。一字排骨,肉分明帶有少少肥,好食。高湯鹹骨大芥菜煲,芥菜煲都超腍,湯底十分清甜,係潮州人的家常菜。普寧鹽水炸豆腐,炸都外層勁脆口,但內面同平時既豆腐好唔同,有少少似魚腐口感,但豆味更濃,點埋鹽水食減少熱氣。家鄉蠔仔肉碎粥,蠔仔粒粒又肥又大,會粥好鮮甜,又有香菜等等調味,好正!潮州黃金煎伊麵,最期待係呢個,煎得兩面都脆口,中間既麵有少少似米粉,加埋陳醋,超好食😋

家鄉蠔仔肉碎粥,蠔仔粒粒又肥又大,會粥好鮮甜,又有香菜等等調味,好正!

潮州黃金煎伊麵,最期待係呢個,煎得兩面都脆口,中間既麵有少少似米粉,加埋陳醋,超好食😋
