天氣開始轉涼🧣最岩就緊係食返個熱辣辣既火鍋🥘第一次係香港食重慶火鍋，一於試下方叔叔重慶老火鍋😁食火鍋前仲送左個暖心糖水🥣我就點左個鴛鴦鍋試下，麻辣湯加羊肉湯，羊肉湯係季節限定，緊係要試下😋🔸羊肉湯底🥘湯底好香羊肉味好入味，湯入面除左羊腩之外仲有白蘿蔔、紅棗、杞子、芹菜、芫荽等，感覺仲好滋補😌 好岩冬天食🍲🔹鮮拼九宮格都係季節限定之一，賣相已經好吸引，有珊瑚蚌、牛肉絲、黑松露蝦滑、豆乾絲、南乳豬手、金錢肚、竹笙等，幾特別😎又可以一次過試多幾樣野😋🥔土豆片同炸腐皮一定係火鍋必備，土豆片切得薄薄好快淋，炸腐皮即炸起，正🤤仲有我好鍾意食既田雞，田雞係好少火鍋店會食到，肉質好滑👍🏻最後我真係要讚下個紅糖爆漿糍粑🫔，即叫即炸熱辣辣，外皮炸得好鬆化，內裡煙韌，黑糖漿流哂出黎，唔會太甜太膩，再配埋黃豆粉，食完一啲都唔會濟💯
