To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔講大家未必知,香港仔南記粉麵的確係香港仔起家,搬過好多間舖,最記得當然係巴士站嗰間,身為南區之友既我, 又點會唔同大家介紹番, 由細到大家必食既一定係春卷牛丸或者春卷魚扎河加腩汁🍜,春卷一定係佢招牌,河粉都唔洗講, 佢用有記既河粉必定無得輸,係南區人必食既有記供應。其次,當然係佢既中意食辣就當春卷腩肉酸辣小窩米線🍜,湯係港式酸辣既重口味,另外腩肉得宜,最重要係入哂味,份量仲要勁足料。另外,佢既🌶辣椒醬同埋冬菜都係都係必試,推介番,食清湯粉就必加冬菜,辣椒醬點春卷;酸辣湯底就要用佢既辣椒油加紅醋就比較夾。老實,講味道南記並不輸比譚仔,只係佢包裝宣佈及資金不及大集團而已。大家都不妨多多支持~~
